Cannot use multiple Tree2 components

I'm trying to use multiple trees in the same page into two separated forms,
uniques variables ... with server-side toggle.
The trees get created with the correct data, however, I am unable to expand
anything other than the first tree. Even
though I click on the seconds tree's root node, the first tree is the one that
expands. Action listener seems to be down.
I searched on web and found this old conversation about the same issue:

It seems a patch was done about client-side but anything about server-side
toggle.
