This browser displays "Axis 2 Fault..." when trying to deploy the HelloWorld2
example against the latest stable build (build #253) of ODE 2.0 Beta 3.
Running the ode.war in the debugger, there is a null pointer exception during
the deployment operation (see attached stack trace snippet).
This appears to be a regression because this example used to work in ODE 2.0
beta 2
