Hi Hans,
please remember to set the svn properties for the new file... they are
also automatically set for new files if you use the svn config file as
described here:
http://docs.ofbiz.org/display/OFBADMIN/OFBiz+Committers+Roles+and+Responsibilities
(see paragraph "committing changes").
