Description:
Merge code of "processCustoemrSettings" and "createUpdateUser" method in new
method "createUpdateCustomer " in
org/ofbiz/ecommerce/customer/QuickAnonCustomerEvents.xml.
While we do this make sure that the removal of these two methods is not
breaking anything.
