In the current HR application "Emplyee Position" tab under the "Employee
Position" application menu takes you to the EmplPositionFulfilment form. It
should take you to the EditEmplPosition screen/form. A new tab should be added
next to it named "Fulfillment" which should take you to the
"EditEmplPositionFulfilment" screens/forms.
