That was definitely in my mind. I'd be happy to see us switch to m2 finally. What say the rest of you?

Brett, is there any easy way to install artifacts into an m1 repo as part of an m2 build? Geronimo would need them obviously.

Hi Dain,

Would you explain the reason to use 1.0-local? Why is the change? I
can't find anything while looking up 'maven local version' in Google.
