thank you very much My error was to apply the zindexing parameter to the wrong layer.
since you were so kind i have another question about vector graphics: every vector shape I can select with the graphicname parameter (OpenLayers.Feature.Vector) is drawn pointing on the map with it's center. is there a way to apply an offset so i can use for example an angle of the rectangle shape to point on the map?? thanks -Vito- -- ----------- Tafuni Vito v...@vitotafuni.com --------------------------------------------- "Verba volant, scripta manent... data corrupted" 2010/6/18 Tim Schaub <tsch...@opengeo.org> > Vito Tafuni wrote: > > i've tryed to enable zindexing in the rendererOptions > > and set different values for the graphicZIndex in the map style > > > > but i cannot select a polygon and let it go on top! > > > > any solutions?? > > > > While it is hard to see unless there are overlapping features, this > example changes the graphicZIndex property of a symbolizer when a > feature is rendered with the "select" intent: > > http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/stylemap.html > > Hope that helps, > Tim > > > > > -- > > ----------- > > Tafuni Vito > > v...@vitotafuni.com <mailto:v...@vitotafuni.com> > > --------------------------------------------- > > "Verba volant, scripta manent... data corrupted" > > > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > > > _______________________________________________ > > Dev mailing list > > Dev@openlayers.org > > http://openlayers.org/mailman/listinfo/dev > > > -- > Tim Schaub > OpenGeo - http://opengeo.org > Expert service straight from the developers. > _______________________________________________ > Dev mailing list > Dev@openlayers.org > http://openlayers.org/mailman/listinfo/dev >
