I'm trying to make a few baby steps in creating "patches" for Linux like
we've done with Windows and Mac for security issues. I'm assuming these
would consist of some number of complete file replacements in the
product. What I need to know to start experimenting is where the RPM
spec file is we currently use? I know we need both rpm and deb but I'm
starting with rpm as this is what I use.
Can someone tell me?
