Any volunteers for 4.1.4 Release Manager? It would be better to have someone else do it:
Cross-training - part of our troubles may have been due to depending on one or two people for particular roles.
Distraction - I need to keep my focus on pushing 4.1.3 out as soon as possible.
Schedule cutoff - I will be unavailable for over 3 weeks starting around the second week of December.
