Hello,

We at SourceForge have increased the limits to be 32MB. It should work now.

Thanks,

Hello Karl,

I suspect a limitation in size, because Marco A. G. Pinto just updated
his English dictionary, which is about 6MB:

https://extensions.openoffice.org/en/project/english-dictionaries-apache-openoffice

We have to wait for SourceForge to look into it...

Regards, Matthias

BTW: Do you plan to update the German dictionary (de-DE, de-AT, de-CH)
in the near future?

Hello Matthias,

after Login I open the extension project site:
https://extensions.openoffice.org/en/project/german-de-de-1901-old-spelling-dictionaries

After click to the menue item "Add a release" the site "German
(de-DE-1901) old spelling dictionaries" appears with the following URL:
https://extensions.openoffice.org/en/node/1057/add-release
I click to "Upload and parse an OXT file"

After short time, the above mentioned error message appears.

Karl

Hello Karl,

The site is managed by SourceForge and indeed they recently made some
changes (incl. certificates)

But have you tried:

https://extensions.openoffice.org/de/project/german-de-de-1901-old-spelling-dictionaries

or is that basically the same page you wanted to upload?

Regards, Matthias

and how I can contact the infra team? Mail address?

I just asked infra. The Certificate is managed by Sourceforge and not
by infra. So you have to contact Sourceforge. But they are on the
list. So they should read it.

thanks for your answer.

When I tried (a few days before) to upload the new extension release
(> 11 MB) to LO extension center, there was the same above mentioned
error message. The security certificate was OK, but the max client
body size on the server for uploading a new release was limited to 10
MiB. After raising the limit to 16 MiB the problem was solved.

You see the above mentioned error message is not realy clear. Who
manages the max client body size for uploading? Infra or Sourceforge?

Karl
