Our language is Urdu and the project will be under the supervision of the research center CRULP (Center of Research for Urdu Language Processing www.crulp.org <http://www.crulp.org/> ). This center is in National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences Lahore Pakistan. Can you please guide us how to register our language and start submitting patches.
