Thanks for the report!

I forgot to set UTC as the TimeZone while parsing the dates but I've
hopefully fixed it now[1]. Sorry for the inconvenience. That probably
means that all timestamps during daylight savings time are one hour
off and the dump has to be regenerated.

Are there any other bugs/strange things you've encountered? I haven't
had the time to look at the final file myself.
