I am in the process of developing an editing client for OpenStreetMap and I would like to know what is the suggested way to post edits during in the software development phase. Knowing my dev talent I am suspecting that I might issue a couple of malformed diff changesets ;) Is http://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org/ an appropriate entity to use?
