Hi Pol, For customers and customer_companies OTRS is able to do it by default. You can just set thus up in Config.pm; please look at: http://doc.otrs.org/2.4/en/html/x1796.html If you'd like to extract data on another level, you might get away by installing the import-export package, depending on your needs and what you'd like to achieve.
