OK Geoff, let's put this issue to rest till the dust settles down and the rest
of the API is working. As you can see in my another post, we now have a bigger
problem with not being able to remove filters. Once we get the rest working we
can see how to plug the init functionality in. I think I've enough info from
you to be able to add it at a later stage. Thanks for the examples.
