Hi,

How many more people?

Sixty!

Sixty?

QA project is made up of sub-projects. (as listed on the QA web site)
Each sub-project (working group) is made up of Staffers and Volunteers.
(I assumed anyone with a SUN or RedFlag email was a paid staffer)

Then arbitrarily
- My goal would be three volunteers for every staffer.

Why 3 volunteers for each staffer?
By and large volunteers are by nature rather erratic with regards to
their work patterns.
Needed to have some number to start from?

So -

*Writer*
Total: 8
Staff: 6
Target Volunteers: 18
Current Volunteers: 2
Recruitment Target: 16

*Calc/Chart*
Total: 5
Staff: 4
Target Volunteers: 12
Current Volunteers: 1
Recruitment Target: 11

*Graphics*
Total: 5
Staff: 5
Target Volunteers: 15
Current Volunteers: 0
Recruitment Target: 15

*Database*
Total: 7
Staff: 2
 Volunteers: 6
Current Volunteers: 5
Recruitment Target: 1

*Framework*
Total: 6
Staff: 5
Volunteers: 15
Current Volunteers: 1
Recruitment Target: 14

*API*
Total: 1
Staff: 1
Target Volunteers: 3
Current Volunteers: 0
Recruitment Target: 3

*Localization / Documentation*
Total: 6
Staff: 1
Volunteers: 3
Current Volunteers: 5
Recruitment Target: 0

Total Recruitment Target:: 60

So how would we go about making that happen?
Does anyone think it would be a waste of time to try?

Otherwise----more to follow on this idea

Till a little later,

Drew
