Should add a comment about the fact that between TOPOLOGY_CHANGING and
TOPOLOGY_CHANGED events the TopologyEventListeners cannot make any assumptions
on the topology whatsoever, including whether or not they are partitioned away
from the topology.
Also, stumbled upon an [old
comment|http://markmail.org/message/sknhhyvlczoj5bjq] wrt the DiscoveryService
javadoc containing misleading implementation details.
Both are minor but would be good to have them cleaned up.
