Fix For: Commons Threads 3.2.8
Commons Thread is using the parent 30 while still leveraging the Felix SCR
Annotations together with the {{maven-scr-plugin}}. This is known to cause
issues. Either the parent dependency needs to be downgraded or Commons Threads
needs to migrate to OSGi annotations and get rid of using the
{{maven-scr-plugin}}.
