IIUC your proposal is based on just enabled the `bnd-maven-plugin` and then
additionally copying the resources to the location expected by PDE, right?
Overall that sounds good to me, if it works the same way in Eclipse as in the
CLI build.
Additionally, it would be interesting to file a bug report towards bnd, just in
case they are willing to support this scenario.
