I agree that I've found the DESCRIPTIONS of policies at RFCI a little ... dubious. But do you have some solid stats or examples of FPs? The mass checks apparently show it SEEMS to be of value, so the onus is somewhat on you to cite specific info. OTOH I do think that if folks feel RFCI policies are discriminatory, discussion of pulling or minimizing is a valid concern.
