The wiki page describes a rule you can add yourself if support for your MTAs
authentication tokens isn't already in SpamAssassin.  You'd need to add the
'header' rule described along with a 'score' and 'describe' line to go with it.

If you're using Postfix you're out of luck though.  Postfix isn't compliant with
RFC 3848.  If this is the case, I'd suggest you ask the Wietse Venema
(www.postfix.org) to add RFC 3848 support to Postfix.  A cursory glance at
Postfix's code reveals that compliance would be trivial.

You'll have to point out to him that RFC 3848 compliance wouldn't reveal HOW a
user authenticated, something that he has spoken out against doing.
