Two things:
1) Can you quantify "looks good" into a +/- vote, just to be official? :)
Sure +1, but I can't vote anyway. :)
2) I can see a 3.1.5 release in August, assuming patches show up on the
tickets.
I'd imagine enough things will show up in the queue that we can fix by then.
