(If those values affect accuracy rates noticeably though I may tweak them to be closer to zero.) Do we want to assign "real" scores for those IADB rules, or are the scores from Theo's sandbox file ok? (I assume they're OK.) I will then generate the STATISTICS files and check those in. Finally, I'll add "tflags publish" to the published rules from rulesrc as noted in comment 20.
