I'm suggesting that this bug be re-opened now as an enhancement (yes I posted
it on the user group).

The error was cause by Internet Explorer because it has a concept of a
default submit action when enter is pushed. So it submits the form to the
server but with no specified method parameter because no button was pushed.
And if you have a page with multiple submit buttons (which is the whole point
of using a LookUpDispatchAction class), the &method='someMethodName' will
always be dropped.

You can assume in your LookupDispatchAction that if the "Unspecified" method
is called, the user pushed enter and didn't actually click one of the submit
buttons. But is it safe to make that assumption(it certainly isn't documented
anywhere that I could find. Hence the initial bug report).
