Please note, I'll be moving Struts contents across ~9 hours time:

http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?day=1&month=2&year=2010&hour=0&min=0&sec=0&p1=0

The Struts JIRA will go read-only for an hour or two, then start redirecting to
equivalent content on the main JIRA. The
main JIRA will be read-only for ~40-60 minutes during the import. There will
be a JIRA banner explaining what's going
on.

I'll be on irc.freenode.net #asfinfra if anyone needs to chat.
