The Struts JIRA will go read-only for an hour or two, then start redirecting to equivalent content on the main JIRA. The main JIRA will be read-only for ~40-60 minutes during the import. There will be a JIRA banner explaining what's going on. I'll be on irc.freenode.net #asfinfra if anyone needs to chat.
