Is there a problem? A community built up around Struts is great. If people are getting the answers they need at SO, that's great. If they're not, then they'll no doubt figure out that the User list is the right place to ask. In either case, I don't see that it really matters whether the answers are provided by Struts developers or by other members of the community. In fact, I'd prefer to see the latter, since that's a good sign of a healthy, vibrant community. The people here who work on Struts do so because they want to. They volunteer their time to scratch their itches. If showing up in SO conversations isn't part of their itch, they won't show up there.
