For SYNCOPE-1185 there was the need to import SAMLSSOResponseValidator after 
[this 
commit|https://github.com/apache/cxf/commit/726e6190d54643d4bcd84f876f9d051a7376f398].
Once CXF 3.1.13 is out, such local copy must be removed.
