Summary: Realms page not accessible when user has permissions on
dynamic realms

1. Login as admin in console (embedded mode or on playground environment).
2. Go to Configuration -> Administration
3. Click on Dynamic Realms tab and create a new Dynamic Realm.
4. Create a Role with USER_SEARCH, USER_READ, USER_UPDATE entitlements and
assign it to just created Dynamic realm.
5. Create/Update an user, say dynamicRealmMember that matches that condition in
order to have an user assigned to that dynamic realm.
5. Create/Update an user, dynamiCRealmAdmin that matches that condition in
order to assign that role the user and that have rights to update/read.
6. Login with dynamicRealmAdmin. you'll see that Realms page is not accessible
through dashboard.
