The manager webapp supports webapp deployment by uploading the war-file. If the file-browser is used to select the war-file (by clicking the "choose" button), "/bla/bla/mywebapp.war" is entered into the text-field rather than /bla /bla/mywebapp.war. Consequently, it doesn't work.
