This is the first release of the 1.3.x branch. The main differences
compared to the 1.2.x branch are
- Minimum OpenSSL version of 1.1.1
- Minimum APR version of 1.6.3
- Minimum LibreSSL version of 3.5.2
- The windows binaries in this release have been built with OpenSSL
3.0.13 and APR 1.7.4
The proposed release artifacts can be found at [1],
and the build was done using tag [2].
The Apache Tomcat Native 1.3.0 release is
