Summary: Incorrect label on 'Context Path' when provisioning a new app Product: Tomcat 6 Version: unspecified Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: Manager application AssignedTo: dev@tomcat.apache.org ReportedBy: anomaly...@gmail.com When deploying a new web application, the Manager app states quite clearly that the Context Path field is 'Optional'. It is however /required/ and the deployment will fail unless a valid one is provided. The documentation even states that at a minimum this has to be a single '/' unless specifying the ROOT application. Furthermore, the very succinct and unhelpful error message mentions nothing regarding this expected format. -- Configure bugmail: https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@tomcat.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-h...@tomcat.apache.org
