Time to think about Wicket 11?

Hi,

now that both JUnit 6 and Spring 7 are out, I think we might start to 
think to the  next main release. It might be right time to create a 
branch for wicket-10.x and start working on the next release on the main 
branch, setting the new minimum Java version to 21. WDYT?
