after the crash described in previous message, i restarted openser.
after that it happily processed a few registers and invites, but then on
its own (i.e. syslog does not show any incoming requests) it printed to
syslog:

it looks to me like mysql driver gets somehow confused.  this is
something new that didn't happen a couple of months ago.  if i remember
correctly, i have seen the same also when i run usrloc in db_mode 1.

what does "Commands out of sync" mean?  i start to get frustrated and
help from db gurus would be highly appreciated.  any ideas how i could
debug this further?
