well I guess your best guess is then a Siemens TC35 modem settings
It works also for the MC35.
Note that hardware handshake is usually not an issue as modems tend to run at 19200 bps and your computer is usually able to keep up with that speed these days. Sending is also not too much of a problem because the driver has to wait on answers back from the modem.
