I know it is not smart to change multiple issues in one development cycle. But I added support for saving the foreign id field in the database at the same time (all backends). This is per request of Stipe Tolj on 05-10-2012. It makes sqlbox backward incompatible without changing the insert table and the log table. But we need to move on.
