...snip... Just another datapoint, my personal policy here is:
a) ask the reporter if they could report it upstream, as they will be able to answer questions and advocate for their bug much better that I can in some cases. b) If they say no, and I agree it's a bug/issue that should be addressed, then I report it upstream and try to bridge between fedora reporter and upstream.
