Mitigate dprint() deadlocks with dbg allocators
Only concerns F_MALLOC_DBG, HP_MALLOC_DBG and F_PARALLEL_MALLOC_DBG
allocators, and reduces the chance of a self-deadlock in LIBC whenever
an OpenSIPS worker crashes inside any kind of dprint() statement.
