ib2b_logic: save AVPs while bridging calls (#3776)
* ib2b_logic: save AVPs while bridging calls
- required to authenticate bridged calls
* b2b_logic: new "propagate_avps" flag for b2b_bridge()
- when set, it will propagate AVPs to the INVITE transaction
