Hi:
I can confirm that somewhere in the encoding process is missing the quote
between the 0x83 0xc0 and the ASCII Content-ID string.
I hacked on the code, added the quote character and got Mbuni to send to
Nokia's MMSC 3.0.
Seems to be a bug in Kannel.
I have to notice I'm using the Kannel distro suggested on Mbuni's Web Page.
