This was delayed by the licence discussion. I'm going to tag 4.4.0 RC3 (4.3.99.903) tomorrow.
What's the estimated release date? I have quite a big SiS driver update in the queue which MUST go into 4.4 otherwise it is useless on newer chipsets. Just need to do some testing first which would take about a week.
