Folks, if you write a HOWTO or some contrib software, make sure that you are clear about the license under which you publish it. Without a license, nobody has permission to distribute your work.
On the new site, contribs.org will also be very clear on this. It will contain a document describing how to correctly license you docs/contribs under the GPL License or any other license you choose.
