The mailing list archives include people's email addresses. Is there any reasonably easy way to fix this?
There are two common reasons for people asking to remove their posts from the archives (which is a major annoyance on several levels): 1. Spam - exposing email addresses to spammers. 2. Google - tweaking their google profile to improve their employability. IMHO #2 is their own **** fault - how hard is it to get another email address for your hobbies? - but we should try to avoid #1 if possible.
