This list is mostly for the server code, which does not involve graphical user interfaces. The list you want is the one for "clients". Except for certain internal testing situations, Freenet clients will handle all user interactions. There are several different clients in production, allowing users to select from several different interface options. Several Freenet clients are listed on the web site. You can contact the authors of these clients directly, or perhaps through the client development mailing list.
