Well, you are wrong. If you made the effort to become proficient with the command line you might find you have more time for listening to music or hanging out with friends. The command line remains the most efficient way to do many things. For example, I use a mac and I find that stuff like moving files around is much more efficient with the command line than with Finder, the Mac's file manager. Perhaps some day someone will invent a gui with the power, efficiency, and flexibility of the command line, but it hasn't happened yet.
