Hi bro JL,
my great pleasure to meet you,

We refer to 4 noble truth ( empat Kesunyataan Mulia...), it is absolutely correct that life is full of dukkha, but there is way to end the sufferings.
We have to practise The middle way ( delapan jalan utama ) in our daily lives to end the sufffering.....right view, right effort, right concentration..etc...
and try to let go ........everything is anicca.....right?
cultivating compassion would definitely help us ......
Being a Buddhist is not just about going to temple, reading sutta....its more about how we live our lives..how we react with our family...how we work with our colleagues...how we interact in society.......
lets cultivate compassion and generosity in our daily lives.........remember to put Buddha's teachings inside your heart....and practise it......

may you be well&happy
with metta,
Rudy

Dear Bro Rudy,

A lotus for you, a Buddha to be.

Thank you very much for sharing this wonderful information.

I'm just wondering what your great meditation teacher says about the
Dharma practice and the solution to the apparent and appalling dukkhas
of today's individuals and societies.

Anumodana

JL
