Hi All, I am running this command psql -q -d dhis2lb -U dhis -f dhis2lb24052011.dump on a machine and this is the message I get:
psql: dhis2lb24052011.dump:1: sequence for : invalid byte sequence for encoding "UTF8:"0xff HINT: This error can also happen if the byte sequence does not match the encoding expected by the server which is controlled by "client_encoding".
