Keep in mind that the enforcement resources of the FCC are pretty limited, and Pactor 3 is not all that ubiquitous. Just because the FCC doesn't put a stop to things like Pactor 3 being too wide, Pactor robot stations transmitting without listening, etc. does not mean that these things are "legal." de Roger W6VZV
