Just change the lines as follows. Change K3UK to your call, change FN02 to your grid square. Change the '3' to the comm port you use for PTT.
Save to the folder that contains WSPR.exe and then run the .bat file. This will then save you manually typing things in each time. You may want to make you own for varying frequencies and bands.
