please can somebody tell me wer i can find hb9tlk loop dll file please , as i 
have  benn looking all afternoon for it . to no avail  . it is supposed to be 
in the files on the softrock group but i cant find it ,,, durrr and can you 
please tell me wer to put it , or open it to ... thanks
