My initial tests seem to show that weak signals in ALE141 via PC-ALE do better (decode) than ALE400 weak signals in Multipsk. It is not a scientific comparison but just an observation, not a lot of ALE 400 soundings to get a better comparison .
If I remember correctly, last year there reports that ALE141 decoded easier via Multipsk than via PC-ALE . I may do some comparisons today. Andy K3UK
